A Detroit man charged for his part in a Morgantown bar fight was in court on Monday.
Deson Jones waived the time period for his preliminary hearing on unlawful wounding charges.
Jones allegedly hit three people in the head with a bottle at Bent Willey's in Morgantown.
Police say Jones was on the patio at the bar when he hit a man in the back of the head, then started swinging the bottle, hitting two more people.
Magistrate Darris Summers also denied a motion to reduce Jones' $50,000 bond.
He remains in the North Central Regional Jail.
